Responsibilities :
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Own prospecting, lead generation, and sales qualification to ensure the team meets our annual revenue targets
- Undertake market research to identify new and potential sectors, organizations, and functions for the services
- Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, functions, and geographies
- Nurture existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities
- Own experiments in messaging for email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase conversion rates
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Understanding of sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, while navigating multiple decision-makers within organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offering detailed product information.
Key Competencies :
1) Excellent Communication : Candidate needs to possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to neutralize accent. This is a key criterion and requirement.
2) Outbound sales : International B2B/B2C outbound cold calling experience is an added advantage, preferably USA market. Experience in UK and Asia markets can be considered.
3) Database Building : Candidate would be expected to perform database management activities i.e. search based on the business requirement and build a database for his or her own market outreach activities from open sources and some paid sourced provided by the organization and hence should be OK with contact generation activity and initiatives.
4) Good Research Skills : He/She would be required to perform basic level research on the target market i.e. companies, banks and prospective clients etc.
5) Reporting & MIS : Regularly report sales numbers, attend internal staff meetings, submit target numbers for the month or quarter and give regular updates to the Inside sales manager/sales head. He/She would be required to maintain his or her own MIS up to date and report the accountabilities on regular basis.
6) CRM : Should have prior experience working on any sales CRM.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Business or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Understanding the decision-making structure in mid-size to large companies
