Panel Sales Role - EdTech (4-10 yrs)
Position : Panel Sales - Ed-tech Solutions (K12 Schools)
Qualifications :
Experience :
Preferable experience with Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), Digital Content, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Personalized Learning Solutions.
Track Record :
- Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Skills :
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies specific to Ed-tech products and solutions.
- Project management and implementation skills to ensure a delightful client experience from order placement to implementation and training.
Other Requirements :
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and target potential clients within the K12 education sector.
- Present and demonstrate Ed-tech solutions to key decision-makers and Academic Team in schools .
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research and Feedback :
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings and address market demands.
Project Management and Implementation :
- Oversee the entire sales process, from order placement to implementation and training.
- Ensure clients have a delightful experience throughout the process.
Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for management review.
