Digital Marketing Manager


Role :

You would be responsible to plan and execute organic and paid ABM led digital marketing initiatives:

1. In enhancing brand salience and driving pipeline growth.

2. In alignment with business goals globally.

3. Leveraging the latest MarTech & Digital Marketing Platforms.

Responsibilities :

1. Segmentation and Target Account Pool Creation in alignment with Sales & Business Development teams.

2. Configuration and Setup across Account Intelligence Platforms ( say ZoomInfo) to track Intent Signals and relay account intelligence to Sales & Business Development teams.

3. Plan and Execute ABM led paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms.

4. Social Media Marketing Platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter.

5. Search Advertising platforms like Adwords, Bing. Remarketing Platforms like Adwords, AdRoll etc.

6. ABM Led Display Advertising like Terminus.

7. Customer Advocacy platforms like Capterra, G2Crowd etc.

8. Any other relevant ABM/ Digital Marketing platforms.

9. Continuously monitor, optimize, improvise and scale campaign execution based on alignment with the Sales & Business Development teams on performance & outcomes.

10. Harmonize all digital marketing outreach effort tracking, account engagement progress, pipeline progress and conversion in a common Marketing & Sales CRM platform ( say HubSpot or Salesforce). Plan & Execute Basic SEO initiatives in optimizing website content for organic search.

11. Continuously explore, experiment and onboard evolving MarTech & Digital Marketing Platforms that helps us to scale our ABM led Digital Outreach Efforts.

Requirement :

1. Experience across digital marketing platforms with paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Twitter, ABM Display Ad platforms etc. preferably in Enterprise SaaS.

2. Experience on setting up, integrating and scaling MarTech platforms such as ; HubSpot [Marketing & Sales Hub ] & Salesforce CRM etc.

3. Post Graduation in Management.

4. Min 6 years of experience [ at least 4 years in digital marketing / MarTech roles ].
