Job Details :

- Provide direct consultation on Pancake solutions based on customer needs.

- Identify and establish partnerships to manage collaborations and events.

- Support and address customer inquiries regarding platform features.

- Relay customer feedback to the product development team for product improvements.

- Solve distribution-related problems and address the specific needs of the Indian market.

- Find partnerships, community leaders, and promoters to promote the ecosystem.

- Perform tasks assigned by management.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

- Previous experience at Gupshup, Interakt, Wati or other WhatsApp Solution company is preferred.

- At least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce field, especially as a business development - executive, sales executive, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in English is a must.

- Experience in customer support is a plus.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong time management and planning skills.

- Extensive relationships in the e-commerce, affiliate industry.

- Previous experience in IT software sales is preferred.

- Capability to solve distribution challenges and identify specific solutions needed for the Indian Market
