Panama Foods - Officer - Sales (1-3 yrs)
- We are looking out for our client in instant food manufacturers in Navi Mumbai, a Sales Officer with experience of 1-3 years in Sales Coordination, Key Account Management, Assist in new business development with focus on generating new leads and manage the current clientele.
End to end Sales : Lead generation, Coordination with Production for production as per punched in order.
- Sales monitoring & daily reporting against unadhered value due to any reason.
- Internal Coordination.
- Customer communication for any escalated issues.
- RFQ receipt & Quotation submission.
- Follow up for rate acceptance. (Negotiation - if any should be discussed with HOD).
- Drawing request with development, for submission to customer.
- SR (Sample Requisition) to raise against customer requirements.
- Weekly Sales status (adherence report) from Sales coordinator & further discussing with HOD for action plan (if adherence is low).
- Review report from Sales Coordinator, Post-Dispatch Coordination with Buyer.
- Rate revision working & acceptance from customer (considered done - on the rate of amended PO receipt).
- Target against sales monitoring for respective customer group.
- New customer reporting & defining work strategy to obtain additional schedules.
- Punching the sales in ERP and facilitate the payment as per the credit line and PO.
- Follow up on payments with clients with internal coordination for the order to be processed and dispatched within the agreed timelines.
- Monitoring Leads and converting it in meetings and demos with the Sales Manager.
- Represent the company in industry related exhibitions.
