Panacorp Software Solutions - Telecalling/Telsales Role (0-5 yrs)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Calls : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up.
Customer Inquiries : Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales Records : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
Feedback Collection : Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience : Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills :
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident with the ability to close sales over the phone.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
