Role : Telesales Executive
Engage with potential clients over the phone to introduce and promote our services, build rapport, and answer their questions. Your goal will be to create a positive client experience that drives interest in our offerings and supports sales growth.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our services.
- Provide accurate information in response to client inquiries and address any concerns.
- Maintain an organized record of client interactions, updating details in the database consistently.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert interest into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on goals and strategies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
