Job Summary:
- We are looking for a motivated Business Development Sales Team Member to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- This role requires an individual who excels at building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing deals.
- As part of the sales team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting Panacorp's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce Panacorp's services.
- Develop leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on effective approaches for lead generation and deal closure.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to assist in product and service development.
Qualifications:
- Any bachelor's degree; additional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferred but not - required).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
