Role Overview :
As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll identify sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and convert leads into customers through phone calls and emails. This role offers a 3-month training program to help you succeed in sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.
- Use CRM software to manage client interactions and track activities.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Education : Any degree (BE/B.Tech and MBA is a plus).
- Experience : Open to freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Language : Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Skills : Excellent communication, persuasive abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
