About Panacorp:
Panacorp Software Solutions is a research and development organization that provides guidance and support to PhD scholars. We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help drive business growth and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Assist in developing sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Freshers are also welcome to apply).
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
