Panache - Sales Coordinator (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients.
- Generate lead & create Sales
- Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc.
- Make Quotations and strong follow ups
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Maintaining customer data from time to time, updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc.
- Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods.
- Strong Follow up with customers for orders.
- Lead generation for products & projects in the markets through online portals and social media; generate new business.
