Panacea Solutions - Associate - Digital Advertising (2-6 yrs)
Title: Associate, Digital Advertising
Report to: Manager, Digital Advertising
Objective :
- The Associate supports management of client engagements in partnership with the Strategist or Analyst leading the relationship.
- This support entails executional and administrative functions for each account, allowing the Strategist to focus on the client relationship and strategy of the engagement
- The Associate's main KPI is 30 tracked billable hours weekly. This KPI will be measured in the company time-tracking system, and will be viewed in aggregate over a rolling period of weeks.
Responsibilities & Processes :
Campaign Support(55%) :
- Conduct keyword research & review, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Assist in developing ad copy and creative using provided systems/partners
- Support campaigns/ads on platforms (copy edits, pause & unpause)
- Use and maintain automation (rules) for bids, budgets, flighting
Reporting & Data Management (25%)
- Ensure accuracy of tracking (UTMs, Pixel events) with proactive Quality Assurance (QA)
- Gather key performance data on weekly and monthly basis to support client reporting
- Maintain documentation log of tests, including status and results
- Track monthly spend across platforms for each client
- Monitor key metrics, provide rational interpretation of data, escalate unexpected trends or errors
Team Participation (15%)
- Attend daily team "standup" meetings
- Attend weekly company "all-hands" calls
- Participate in virtual team building events
Personal Development (5%)
- Proactively seek feedback from senior team members on work quality and timelines
- Stay current with trends & best practices of key ad platforms
- Self-teach new tactical skills identified by Managers as important

- LinkedIn Ads (Feed Ads, Text Ads, Messaging)
- Google Analytics (Goals, Attribution, Funnels)
- Office Suite (Slides/PowerPoint, Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel)
Qualifications Required :
- 2+ years of experience with Google Ads
- 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads
- Proficient with Excel and/or Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Prior experience working with North American businesses virtually
Preferred :
- 1+ years experience with LinkedIn Ads
- 1+ years experience with Google Tag Manager
- Relevant certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint
- Prior digital marketing agency experience
