Responsibilities :

- Research and identify qualified sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media

- Manage lead generation campaigns and nurture leads through the sales funnel

- Give presentations to prospective clients showcasing our services and solutions

- Assess client needs and present suitable proposals and quotes

- Negotiate and close deals and achieve individual sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales progress and forecasts

Requirements :

- 1-2 years experience in a business development or client facing sales role

- Knowledge of lead generation, sales processes, and pipeline management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build rapport with potential clients

- Persuasive negotiation skills and ability to close deals

- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office

- Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills

- B.Tech/B.E. degree or Business Administration preferred
