- We are seeking a motivated Junior Telesales Executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and are passionate about building relationships with customers over the phone. The Junior Telesales Executive will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication and persuasion.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Engage with leads and qualify them based on established criteria to determine sales readiness.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about our offerings to prospects, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with senior sales executives to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain a database of leads and update customer information in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
