We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our inside sales team as Freshers. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone or through digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify and reach out to potential customers.
Qualifying Leads : Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and determine if they are a good fit for our products/services.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
Sales Presentations : Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits of our offerings and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
Closing Sales : Drive the sales process from initial contact to closure, negotiating terms and pricing as needed to secure deals.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
CRM Management : Utilize our CRM system to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales activities effectively.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
