As a Telecalling Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers over the phone, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Utilize various sources to identify and qualify potential leads.
Outbound Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospects to present products or services.
Product Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to effectively address customer inquiries.
Sales Pitch : Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect.
Objection Handling : Address customer concerns and objections to move them through the sales process.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Sales Closure : Close sales deals by effectively communicating product benefits and negotiating terms.
CRM Management : Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Feedback : Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience : Proven experience in telecalling sales or telemarketing roles.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
