Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists.
- Present and promote products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.

- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle objections and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
