Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 1 years in telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the Telesales is a plus.
