Key Responsibilities :

- Outbound Calls : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists.

- Sales Pitch : Present and promote products/services to prospective customers through effective communication.

- Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed conversations with prospects.

- Follow-Up : Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to provide additional information and answer any questions.

- Sales Conversion : Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- CRM Management : Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales records in the CRM system.

- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on call performance and customer responses to the sales manager.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and share customer insights.

- Customer Service : Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements :

- Experience : Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.

- Sales Skills : Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

- Language Proficiency : Proficiency in [insert language(s)].
