Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calls : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists.
- Sales Pitch : Present and promote products/services to prospective customers through effective communication.
- Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed conversations with prospects.
- Follow-Up : Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to provide additional information and answer any questions.
- Sales Conversion : Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management : Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on call performance and customer responses to the sales manager.

Requirements :
