Palpx - Executive - Customer Sales (1-3 yrs)

Position: Sales Executive
Brief:
We are Palpx, a Design, Media, and Technology company with offices in India, Dubai and Australia. We are searching for an engaged Sales Executive to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the Sales Executive will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
Your Roles and Responsibility:
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Skills Required:
- Well communication in English
- Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Strong decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
- 1 or 2+ Years of Experience in BPO or Sales related field.
