1. Promote, promote and simply promote
2. Establish relationship with the online community by identifying key influencers & communities that fit our internal strategies
3. Hypothesize, prioritize and test innovative growth strategies
4. Focus on growth, addicted to metrics concerning B2B plan of action
5. Develop, implement and manage our social media department
6. Curate list of platforms to promote Tailwebs on social media, blogs, Q&A forums, etc.
7. Perform market analysis, research on the competition and competitors
8. Define most important social media KPIs
9. Manage and oversee social media content
10. Measure the success of every media campaign
11. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
12. Attend educational conferences
13. Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
14. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams
15. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
16. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
17.Provide constructive feedback with the concerned department.
What your key requirements look like:
1. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
2. Experience with dealing and overseeing client requirements
3. Understanding of sales
4. Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
5. Excellent knowledge/experience in content strategy making
6. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
7.Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
8. Good understanding of social media KPIs
9. Familiarity with web design and publishing
10. Excellent multitasking skills
11. Critical thinker, problem-solving skills and team player
12. Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
13. Graduate degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Eligibility criteria and qualification:
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
2.A minimum of 3-5 years- experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
3.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
4.Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
5.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
