We are seeking a Sales Consultant to immediately join us for India Region(Bangalore).
You need to be a self motivated sales professional with proven experience in selling
A. UI & UX Designs
B. Software Development
Kindly remember, you need to have a good understanding on one or more of the following above mentioned skills in A and B.
As the name suggests, you will be in charge of driving our dream of reaching out to prospective clients, igniting a desire in them to let Palpx evaluate their business process to identify their true potential hence accentuating their growth.
You need to :
1. Explore various channels to prospect
2. Identify prospective clients, globally
3. Communicate with them
4. Convince then
Your Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Promoting the company and its product/service.
2. Identifying new development channels.
3. Prospecting potential customers: by phone, by email, physically-
4. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and convert them as leads
5. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
6. Research and identify new market opportunities.
7. Study about the existing Ui, Ux and Software development projects and understand the creative points behind basic/business and enterprise(premium) projects. These points are our selling points which should bring a WOW feeling on customers face.
8. Understanding the leads requirement, pain points and the most important thing to understand is the capacity of the lead in terms of budget and then pitch the project accordingly by understanding the market rates.
9. Should always be updated based on current and future market trends.
Skills Required for UI & UX :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication
2. A proven experience in the field of user experience and user interface designs (visual designs).
3. A decent knowledge/experience in the IT field will be a good ad-on.
4. He/she should have worked with a UI,UX and software development team before, this experience is very important for us while facing the lead. The fruitful experience should help in the conversions of lead.
5. He/she should be able to quickly grasp the previous works done by in-house ux teams and he/she should take out the wow factor from the designs and sell them across the leads.
6. Last but not the least - detailed process understanding of ui,ux and software development and better negotiation skills and the capability to improve the negotiation skills is a must.
Skills Required for Development :
1. A good and decent tech understanding in terms of building corporate or informative websites, ecommerce websites, mobile applications (ios and android), and other desktop applications.
2. He/she should be capable of understanding fromt end tech, back end tech, latest tech stack which are the hot cakes in the market.
3. They should also have a much mire better of understanding of the tech resources rates and availability in the market. This is much important as it plays an important role in the costing of the project.
4. He/she should be able to communicate with the respective teach heads aligned in the organization to understand the pros and cons of the tech stack and then accordingly take a collective WIN WIN decision and convert the leads to clients.
5. He/she should be able to suggest the technology and close the deal without any huge dependency with the tech teams.
