Our tech team at palpx pursue applications of AI and Machine learning in creating next-level intelligent systems in the healthcare domain. We also provide technical consulting services to our global partners.

ORGANIZATION REQUIREMENT:
- Work experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in Marketing
- Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
- Data-driven thinking
- Creativity
- Communication and writing skills
- BSc/MSc/Bachelor's in Marketing or relevant field.
Roles and responsibilities of Branding and Design strategist:
- Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define our company's Positioning.
- Brief our creative team about marketing projects they- ll be working on (for example books, email campaigns and advertising banners,design,logos etc..).
- Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses.
- Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets.
- Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events.
- Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate with experience strategy team and design all individual projects and develop effective brand strategy for all design architecture.
- Analyze all brand concepts and prepare both visual and written description for same on regular basis.
- Organize and participate in all meetings with clients and design content for all brands and administer all projects in various segments.
- Collaborate with various team members and monitor and ensure compliance to service objectives and provide required education for all brands.
- Assist to promote all brands with help of various social networking sites and associate e-content tools and maintain awareness for all campaigns and design all PR plans and proposals.
- Participate and recommend various brand awareness activities for organization and implement all marketing strategies for all brands and implement all programs as per requirement.
- Analyze and esnsure optimal utilization of all resources for client campaigns.
- Implement all projects for all clients and project managers and ensure achievement of all marketing targets on multiple platforms.
- The brand strategist is responsible for researching and implementing the unique and creative approaches or methodologies designed for developing the image of the organizational products and services.
- For ensuring the best outcome, the brand strategist improves the strategies and advertising programs and transforms them as per the needs of the organization.
- Should prepare long term and short term plans according to the business requirements of the organization.
- Design and facilitate large-group workshops using design-driven exercises and methodologies.
- Identify organic opportunities within projects for additional services. (However, this is not a business development role- it's exclusively design-focused).
- Create and deploy sophisticated design language that includes illustration, image, typography, color, motion, and interaction.
- Demonstrate strong skills in leadership, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Help develop thought leadership, share it with the community, and mentor junior team members.
