Overview :
This role is a client facing role and the selected candidate shall be expected to work closely with the Client, internal Palladium team as well as Experts onboarded from time to time. The candidate is expected to assist in Palladium in driving the project ensuring preparation of quality deliverables as well as assist in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite coordination with the Public Relations Office and the onboarded communications agencies for successful execution of citizen engagement
- Developing the strategies for content creation, management, moderation, and brainstorming for new and innovative ideas
- Oversee the information dissemination by the appointed social media agencies and focus on improving the overall engagement with users, tweet impressions, likes and followers, etc.
- Coordinating with the clients- grievance cell for effective resolution of citizen complaints received on various social media platforms
- Support in developing the overall brand and communication strategy for the clients
- Creative content writing as well as press releases from time to time
Role Requisites:
- Postgraduate / Degree in Management / Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
- More than 3 years' relevant experience in end-to-end mass communication and/or brand communication and media strategy related assignments including coordination with media agencies.
- Experience in management of multimedia activities including digital, social media, and web-development tools
- Experience in conducting wide-spread citizen engagement activities including online / offline citizen surveys, citizen communications, etc. for cities in India
- The candidate is expected to be fluent in English and Marathi languages
