Paktolus - Executive - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
- Tapping the market for potential leads and using marketing efforts to penetrate the market.
- Developing market intelligence for identifying segments and understanding competition around it.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Manage bids for tenders and create RFPs for government
- Coordinating with the Project Delivery team and actively participating in scrum team selling to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Total 2-3 years of Experience in in Consultative Selling.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
