Pakka Limited - Lead - Internal Communications (1-3 yrs)
Your role will involve:
- Research and create engaging content on various industry topics.
- Ensure alignment of all parts of the factory as per the brand guidelines.
- Regularly engage with internal teams to generate content for monthly newsletter.
- Work closely with creative agencies to fulfil the internal communications requirements of the team.
- Prepare monthly analysis report of communication activities.
- Benchmark the internal communications practices with industry peers.
- Align with and promote our core values of sustainability in every piece of content you create.
What you will bring to the table:
- An experience of 0-3 years in similar role
- Bachelor's/Master's in English, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in industry research and content curation.
- Strong question-framing abilities for data gathering.
- Proven content development and evaluation process.
- Keen eye for identifying and leveraging corporate communication opportunities.
- Solid understanding of creative agency operations.
- Alignment with sustainable practices and values.
- Flexibility to work in a team as well as in the capacity of an individual contributor.
