Paisabazaar - Area Sales Manager - Home Loan Vertical (7-14 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of Home Loan Sales Professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and convert qualified leads into successful loan applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable home loan products.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, including banks, NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies), developers, and real estate agents, to ensure a seamless loan application process.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the home loan or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the home loan market, loan products, and the entire loan application process.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
