PagarBook is a free & easy to use employee management, work & payroll management software app where you can manage all your staff and employee's attendance, record the work done by your staff and employees and their salary, payments & advances can also be recorded in this app.

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Support the learning and development of the sales team

- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads

- Track and report all sales activities

- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

- Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly targets

- Target achievement by, team lead and their respective team.

- Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in a timely manners

- Communicate product schemes and offers to the team and ensure their implementation.

- Taking care of P&L of the Branch

- Level for building a prospective client database.

- Interacts with large customers for product feedback.

- Enhance productivity Lead a 2-tier team of PagarBook sales Team leads, sales associates and Telesales on the field.

- You will pitch about PagarBook desktop solution on field to customers

- You will explain the benefits of PagarBook desktop solution to customers

- Better and Easier accessibility, also available on mobile web

- Access to rich reports which gives you business knowledge

- Sales associate would convert the customer into a paid customer

- You will have a sales target in INR per month revenue for the Branch

- Incentives would be given based on slabs of target achieved by the team

- You will be responsible for hiring, replacement, training and learning for all associates and leads in the city.

- Exp - 8 Years to 12 Years

- Education - Graduate and Masters

Qualifications:

- Candidate should have good knowledge and understanding about Chennai and other territory.

- Should be experience in SAAS B2B.

- Should be have exp 8 Years to 12 Years

- Experience managing sales teams 5+ Years

- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
