Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure conversion of leads
- Meeting Clients for campaigns
- Work closely with the Sales Executives in closing the key clients
- Account management / Customer Relationship Management
- Competition mapping
- Review of Discussion threads of respective clients
- Discover new avenues for collaboration
- Discover new business opportunities
Key Deliverables :
- Working closely with the Sales Executives and ensuring that the warmed-up leads are converted.
- Meeting all the key clients and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Managing all the key clients by engaging and handholding them to the team of KAMs and ensuring that their Campaign is delivered with the promised deliverables.
- Understanding what the competition is doing and mapping them to understand the industry trends.
- Review the discussion groups of all the key clients who have been associated with us.
- Collaborate with different B-Schools and Engineering Colleges to find out ways to reach out to the target audiences.
- Engage with different stakeholders from all the education-related services to find new pastures for business opportunities.
