About the job
Your main role is to contribute to create and close new sales opportunities for an Online Gaming Company. You will be responsible for convincing people to deposit money and play on a skill based mobile gaming app over the phone/webchat/email and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively sourcing new Sales opportunities through cold-calling, live chat and emailing
- Learn and discuss Product Knowledge offered by the company within required timelines.
- Utilizing calls, virtual meetings, webchats to build relationships with new customers
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Submit consolidated Weekly and Monthly Sales reports, Business Analysis reports to the Reporting Manager as per guidelines.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, prospects, service partners and with the local influencers
- Exceed sales quota - maintain forecast, build and maintain 4x pipeline and status updates in CRM.
- Work closely with the professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the operations department
Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate or higher qualification with core subject/certification in Digital Sales.
- Should have minimum 1-4 yrs of experience in sales of Online IT products. Experience in Sales of Online Gaming Products would be added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing Personality, Interpersonal Skills, Persuasiveness, Detail-Orientated, Multi-Tasking, Reliability.
- Should be a go-getter with an optimistic attitude, excellent communication skills.
Learning Agility
- Must be flexible in working hours.
- Communication - should be fluent in English and Hindi. Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Gujarati language is an advantage.
Working hours
9hrs and 1hr break. Work timing would be 9am-7pm; May vary as per requirement.
