Job Title: Sales and Marketing Field Executive
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana State, India

As we expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Field Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the healthcare, education, corporate, NGO, and government sectors.
- Develop effective sales and marketing GTM, execute strategies to penetrate target markets and acquire new logos to generate revenue
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, educational institutions, corporate entities, NGOs, and government organizations.
- Understand client needs, configure or customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
3. Sales Presentations:
- Deliver compelling solutions sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our mobile app-based healthcare and wellness solutions.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions address client pain points, current challenges and future requirements
4. Sales and New Customer Acquisition:
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet Quarterly and Yearly sales targets, consistently achieving revenue goals.
5. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Have a deep understanding of our healthcare and wellness solutions to effectively communicate their value and do product demonstrations
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
7. Field Work:
- Conduct frequent on-site visits to meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and present solutions.
- Travel to various locations as needed to expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of field sales experience, preferably in hospital software sales, school and college software sales, or corporate sales with a strong IT background.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent spoken English, should be good at communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information to non-technical clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
