PAC Cosmetics - Manager - Sales & Marketing (4-9 yrs)
- Responsible and accountable for formulating the strategy for growth of business and effectiveness of the Marketing & Sales Operations, as well as, its growth and improvement in the domestic markets
- Responsible for business development, implementation of business plans to achieve targets as per the agreed budget.
- Prepare Annual Sales & Marketing plan and trend projections for next 3 to 5 years.
- Responsible for Effective inquiry generation, submission of proposals, negotiation, order finalization, the collection of PO with initial advance.
- Responsible for monitoring competition, business mapping and designing counter sales strategies.
- Understanding customer needs and offering optimum solutions.
- Actively work towards enhancing the visibility of our products.

- Entry into new markets (Market Share)
