Job Brief

We are currently hiring an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for managing the platforms and global marketplaces and ensuring the achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.

Main Responsibilities of an E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop & Ensure that PAC brand is available on various ecommerce platforms

- Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals

- Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, and other KPIs

- Manage website content to align with monthly promotions, seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategy

- Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance

- Secure Margins in line with overall guidance

- Plan and execute brand campaigns across various platforms and take corrective actions to stay on course of the plan

- Meet the plan for recognition and awareness of accountable brands

- Report performance against key metrics in approved formats

- Develop processes and procedures to drive customer retention

- Drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation and increased efficiency.

- Analyse user experience across channels and touchpoints through web analytics and determine potential improvements

Key Requirements:

- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- You have prior experience of more than 5 years in a similar role.

- Experience in digital marketing is a plus.

- You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.

- You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.

- You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
