PAC Cosmetics - Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve overall effectiveness.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to build and engage our online community.
- Create, curate, and schedule content across various social platforms to enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content for digital platforms.
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Implement advanced targeting strategies and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative testing to maximize ROI.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and imagery across all digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Regularly update and optimize website content to enhance user experience and drive organic traffic.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor email performance metrics and implement strategies to improve open and click-through rates.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance future marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Explore cost-effective opportunities for digital advertising and promotions.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years + in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
