PAC Cosmetics - Brand Marketing Manager (3-6 yrs)
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, engage consumers, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify influencers whose style and audience align with the brand ethos to authentically promote products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and industry personalities to foster long-term partnerships.

- Identify and capitalize on trends to position the brand as innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with respective teams to strategize creative campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Ideate, storyboard, and execute visuals for advertisements, social media content, and other marketing materials.
- Oversee the creation of visual content for various marketing channels such as social media, website, and print collateral.
- Ensure content quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, social platform updates, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on 360-degree marketing and digital marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data driven decisions.
