Your Role - What You'll Be Doing:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, display advertising).

Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to enhance effectiveness and ROI.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies to build and engage our online beauty community.

Content Curation & Scheduling: Work closely with content creators to ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality digital content across platforms.

Paid Ads & Growth Strategy:

- Oversee and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).

- Implement advanced audience targeting and keyword strategies to maximize conversions.

- A/B test ad creatives to identify top-performing content.

SEO & Website Optimization:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

- Regularly update and optimize website content for user experience and organic traffic.

Email Marketing & Retention:

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for better engagement.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for brand growth.

Budget Management: Effectively allocate digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI while exploring cost-effective advertising opportunities.

What You Bring - Your Skills & Experience:

Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry.

Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and email marketing software.

Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies based on insights.

Creative Thinker: Ability to craft innovative marketing ideas that make an impact.

Brand Storyteller: Strong communication skills to maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
