- Identify and approach potential clients across sectors such as real estate, IT, and other industries seeking digital transformation.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their technology needs.

- Lead technical sales presentations, demonstrating the value of AI-based solutions in improving operational efficiency, data management, and business outcomes.

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to provide customized technology solutions that align with client requirements.

- Manage and mentor the sales team, driving performance through effective leadership, coaching, and - goal-setting.

- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to ensure Paassionis Solutions stays ahead in the competitive landscape.

- Prepare sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth execution of sales agreements.

- Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and IT infrastructure, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the sales strategy.
