Digital Marketing Manager/Sr. Associate
- Plan & Allocate Monthly Budgets based on business goals
- Responsible for rapidly acquiring and retaining new customers through an aggressive and entrepreneurial approach of constantly testing, measuring and iterating.
- Manage and optimize new acquisition and retention campaigns across all channels including paid Social, Search, Display, Mobile and Email
- Prioritize initiatives leading to the greatest returns for spends
- Plan & Manage monthly Affiliate Marketing targets
- Continually improve upon both profitability and growth metrics while constantly testing new acquisition and retention channels
- Closely monitor, measure and report on paid marketing driven growth; LTV vs. COA equation.
- Plan, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and OKRs)
- Develop strategies for improving customer retention
- Collaborate with Content Team to Build and Implement Content Performance Marketing Strategies
- Evaluate & Plan ORM strategies to improve campaign performance & retention
- Identify New Product Opportunities based on customer needs, upcoming trends
- Plan & Manage monthly growth & campaigns across Ecommerce Channels
