About the Profile :
- An Alliance Manager will be responsible to build awareness about OysterConnect.com & will be expected to advocate project experiences as the way of learning.
- He/she would also be responsible to drive registrations from students across segments like MBA / Engineering / Undergrad / School, etc. Following is the break up of the key responsibilities -
Advocacy & Awareness :
- Engage with Institute Representatives (Directors / Placement Heads / Authorized Committees) across the country to build awareness about Live Projects and their significance
- Get Colleges to recognize our Projects and provide credits for the same
- Conduct presentations to college students and advocate the need of doing Live Projects
- Sign up with Colleges to become a company of choice for Internship Programs
Strategic Alliances :
- Partner with student centric platforms via barter deals to increase footfall on the portal
- Engage with student bodies within a college to roll out various barter deals
User Acquisition :
- Come up with ways and means to drive Student Registrations on OysterConnect.com
- Implement OysterConnect Referral program to improve registration and applications on the portal
- Run online and offline campaigns to expand the user base to school students, freelancers and work from home professionals
Inter-Departmental Engagement :
- Work closely with Project Management team to acquire user forecasting reports and use it to drive user acquisition activities
- Work closely with the HR team to run Intern Recruitment Drives at various Campuses
- Coordinate with Vendors to ensure error free implementation of offline marketing collaterals
- Engage with Top Management and incorporate their inputs to ensure all content and communication is aligned to overall organization's proposition and brand promise
