OYO - Search Engine Marketing Specialist (1-7 yrs)
- As a SEM Specialist at Weddingz.in, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Social Media Ads. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our marketing objectives and ensuring the success of our digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Social Media Ads.
Campaign Diversification :
- Create and manage campaigns for different objectives, including app promotion, lead generation, and standard web search and display advertising.
Keyword Research and Ad Copywriting :
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords.
- Craft compelling ad copies that resonate with our target audience.
CPL (Cost per Lead) Management :
- Monitor and manage CPL to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
Audience Segmentation :
- Utilize audience segmentation techniques to target specific customer segments effectively.
Conversion Tracking :
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Data Analysis :
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with overall marketing goals.
Excel Proficiency :
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Funnel Ownership :
- Take ownership of the entire funnel, from Impressions to Business volumes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Social Media Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on ROI.
