OYO Rooms - Sales Trainer - Hub Micro Market (4-8 yrs)
Key Deliverables :
- Delivering classroom training to all sales employees in the region - Products, Processes, and Ways of working and Selling Skills.
- Induction and training of new joiners in the Micro Market team in the region
- Ensure necessary training decks and materials are in order prior to the training
- Identify learning gaps in the sales function
- Design / deliver learning intervention to increase Demand Manager/KAM's Productivity
- Ensure effective Knowledge Management in the Hub through 100% completion of employee assessments
- Ensure adherence to Monthly training delivery calendar
- Lead Path Shala in the respective Hub
Desired Personal Attributes :
- Great communication skills & patience to train & assess batch size of 10-15 new joinees at a time
- Should be ready to travel
