OYO Rooms - Regional Manager - Sales (6-8 yrs)
Job Description:
They will work closely with the City Heads to build F&B business in the cities.
1. P&L Management:
a) Owning end to end profit and loss for F&B business in the assigned region (North, East, West or South)
b) Identifying ways to improve food revenue across verticals - Room Revenue, Cafe, Banquets, Delivery, etc.
c) Controlling end to end operations and costs across all the cost heads - optimizing efficiency and operations
2. Central processes:
a) Defining central processes including central strategic partnerships
b) Creating Performance Management guidelines for the ground teams
c) Defining deal structure and giving central approvals where necessary
3. People Management:
a) Coordinating with and guiding City Heads on a daily basis to grow F&B business in their cities
b) Leading multiple teams - Business Development Managers and Operations resources.
c) Managing the performance objectively, coaching and engaging the team
d) Co-ordination and follow up with cross functional teams
4. Stakeholder Management -
a) Engaging with different stakeholders - ground teams, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver the best output
b) Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment.
Skills:
- Ideally someone with 6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development and exposure to operations; People with start-up experience are preferred
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
