OYO Rooms - Online Travel Agent - International Role (3-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1- Own the OTA revenue delivery across international market
2- Business Acumen : Exhibiting strong ability to structure problems and solve them Close collaboration with Revenue teams to assess cost impact and calculate return on investment.
3- Data Analysis : Comfortable in handling large sets of data to derive insights and identify opportunities
4- Overseeing and expanding OTA listings throughout the international market including the introduction of new OTAs and effective management of existing distribution channels.
5- Collaboration with Key Stakeholders : Actively engaging with important stakeholders such as Revenue, Technology, Product, and External OTAs
6- Strong Ownership of PnL and Operational Execution : Demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to execute operational tasks efficiently.
7- Tech Systems and Product Understanding : Possessing a comprehensive understanding of technical systems and product management. Collaborating with product teams to launch new features, resolve bugs, and evaluate tech products.
8- Team Building and Leadership Skills : Demonstrating exceptional team building and leadership abilities.
Note : Candidate should must have online PNL Management experience.
