Job Description Business Development Manager
Job Title (s) : BDM
Department : Supply
Reporting to: BD Head
Key Responsibilities :
- Constant research on the catchment and identify key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO
- Meet property owners and sell OYO's Vision of providing comfortable stays for many
- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
- Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
- Liaise with the key stake holders from lead generation till property going live
- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team
Key Performance Indicators :
- Number of Sellable Rooms Signed month on month
- Number of Sellable Rooms made live month on month
- Gross margin derived from the properties signed
Experience :
- Minimum 3 to 7 Years of Experience
- Acquiring Hotels would be an added advantage
Technical Skills :
- Networking ability
- Proof reading of Legal Contracts
- Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email Writing)
- Good negotiation skills
- Analytical ability
Behavioural Skills :
- Team Player
- Communication Skills
Stake Holder Interaction/Management :
Internal : BD Head/Hub Head, Ops Team, TR Team, Central Teams
External : Property Owners, Real Estate Brokers
