OYO Rooms - Manager - Business Development (2-8 yrs)
ABOUT THE ROLE :
Business Development role at OYO drives the core of the organisation - this role is responsible for identifying and finalising OYO properties, and for maintaining the relationship with all stakeholders to run these properties profitably. This role is at the core of expansion of the business and is responsible for evangelising the cities, and building OYO as a Brand in different geographies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and finalising new properties, and for maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to run these properties profitably.
- Responsible for End-to-End business development of the Cluster or city; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply.
- Launching and Building OYO's in new geographies.
- Cross-functional approach - coordination with multiple teams (Operations, Sales, On boarding) in inter and Intra geographies.
- Forecasting - Balance inventory growth with the demand to ensure optimisation.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Successfully negotiated partnerships as part of business development deals
- Hardcore Sales background.
- Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience across multiple geographies.
Salary Offered :- Upto 10 lacs depending on current ctc.
