Job Responsibilities
- Winback of properties which have gone in sold-out, by speaking with the owner and resolving owner issues
- Manage High Churn risk and large portfolio owners of the hub and prevent churn by solving partner issues and improve Partner NPS/Unhappy
- Act as a touch point with the owner post live for issue resolution, VAS, re-contracting etc
Skills Required
- Very strong relationship management skills needed
- Analytics skills - ability to understand recon, revenue levers and explain to owner
- Ability to hustle internally and externally to solve owner issues
- High level of ownership
