OYO Rooms - Demand Manager - Corporate Sales (4-7 yrs)
OYO is hiring a Micro Market Corporate Demand Manager, this role will be responsible for generating demand for the OYO UK market through various offline channels, contracting with multiple corporates, travel management companies etc accounts to increase offline business.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive offline sales through rigorous cold calling to potential clients to pitch OYO Hotel UK portfolio for generating accommodation revenue.
- Maintain and review monthly sales tracker of accounts and targets. Ensuring a minimum of 50 unique successful client calls per week.
- Prospecting & converting inbound CRM leads from campaigns, LinkedIn etc.
- Responsible for the end-to-end sales process from - prospecting, negotiating, booking creation, payment processing and account managing.
- Identify and develop channel partners - Travel agents, Travel management companies, aggregators etc.
- Periodic market research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitors data and effective data mining for generating prospects.
- Understand clients requirements and tailor-pitch the hotel portfolio in conjunction with the UK Stock and Supply team accordingly.
- Data mining from new hotel onboarding hyperlocal industry database, OYO OS, and Sabre to unearth potential client opportunities
- Plan and attend regular OYO hotel partner demand centred meetings along with the stock team
