Job Description

- Retain/acquire new accounts/clients in the specified region/ market.

- Manage the entire sales process effectively from query generation to payment.

- Review & maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with Region.

- Create new products by interacting with Marketing and Demand teams tailor made to client requirements.

- Collect data on competitor's activities.

- Should be able to understand client requirements and tailor pitch the product accordingly.

- Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing sales.

- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.

Qualifications

- Engineering &/or MBA from reputed college.

- Prior relevant experience in sales (Minimum 1 year and Maximum 4 years).

- Results driven, energetic, and focused.

- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.

- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator.

- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.

Salary Range: 3.5-4.5 LPA
