OYO Rooms - Community Manager (3-7 yrs)

Job Profile:

The Community Manager shall oversee Associate Managers and Front Desk Associates at OYO and shall be ultimately responsible for a group of specific locations.

The role requires the following

1. SALES:

- Maintain above 90% occupancy and achieve target sales goals

- Limit desk vacancies by ensuring operational efficiency during member churn

- Work with marketing team to ensure required visibility for your location

- Ensure that each customer lead is managed with utmost care and in line with the Sales Process

- Operate within the framework set by OYO and uphold the OYO expectations

- Adhere to the Pricing Policy

2. COMMUNITY:

- Build a community environment that's conducive to collaboration

- Ensure that members are engaged through action-packed events calendars

- New member introduction brunches and mixers/socials

- Work with local businesses in the vicinity to plan engagement events

- Continuously measure member satisfaction and strive to improve member satisfaction levels

3. OPERATIONS:

- Ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness of spaces, buildings, IT infrastructure, back-of-house areas, etc.

- Build policies and educate Associate Managers on said policies pertaining to Guest Registration, Security, and Building Procedures

- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Business Head in a timely and complete manner

- Implement new initiatives, policies, and processes to improve operational efficiency and create stronger, more engaged environment

- Mentor Associate Managers and Front Desk Associates

- Liaise with other central team members to get the job done

4. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:

- Ability to prioritize and focus on high-quality work within stipulated timelines

- You're able to get your hands dirty to get results

- Detail-oriented and willing to document key learning's to create processes as we scale our team

- High organizational and multi-tasking skills

- Ability to cope under pressure
