ABOUT THE ROLE :
This role involves engaging with the Sales Managers of OYO Rooms, and helping them in quicker and efficient conversions of Business Proposal. This involves engaging multiple stakeholders in the entire process from contacting the concerned SPOCs,to finding the correct match for all business queries to negotiations with hotels in providing a great stay experience at an affordable price for our customers. Your work would also include establishing a fulfillment center at City Level to fulfill all the queries of Sales Managers and setting up new processes for efficient and better business performance. We have a three month probation period during which performance of the associate will be closely monitored.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive conversion of proposals which city Sales Managers bring and which come from other fulfillment centers
- Responsible for interacting with multiple stakeholders in the OYO network for end-to-end query closure and conversion
- Maintain daily leads and business tracker,track issues leading to low conversion and highlight the same to stakeholders
- Responsible to keep oneself updates about latest product changes,updates in system which can facilitate conversion and generate new business
- Suggest and drive efficient processes to further improve conversions
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- 0-4 years of sales experience.
- Must have travel package sales experience.
- Focused and possesses sales mindset.
- Fluent communication and ability to negotiate hard.
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven.
- Demonstrates high ethical values.
- Problem solving ability.
- Good in coordination with multiple skills.
